1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Monna, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Monna is an AI-powered personal calendar application that allows you to:Create and manage calendar eventsUse voice recordings to create events via AI transcription
Use photos and screenshots to extract event details via AI
Receive smart reminders and notifications.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Monna using a valid email address, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 4 years of age to use the App
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free TrialNew users will be offered a 7-day premium trial. After that, you will need a subscription.
Subscription Plans
Monthly: $6.99 per month
Yearly: $49.99 per yearBillingAll payments are processed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.Price ChangesWe reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its features

6. AI-Generated Content

Monna uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to process voice recordings and images into calendar events
AI-generated event details (titles, dates, times, locations) are suggestions and may not always be accurate
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-generated event details before saving
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Monna, including events, voice recordings, photos, and screenshots
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Monna app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features
Feedback or suggestions you provide about the App may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://monnaprivacypolicy.carrd.co. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account
Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our systems
Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings; deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content
You use the app at your own risk

12. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, missed events or appointments, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account
Sections on Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification survive termination.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of Monna after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
